We currently ship to:

• United Kingdom
• European Union

If your country is not available at checkout, we are unable to ship there at this time.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are as follows:

United Kingdom

• Standard shipping: £5

European Union

• Standard shipping: £11.50

Shipping costs are displayed before you complete your purchase.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• UK: Standard delivery (estimated timeframe shown at checkout)
• EU: 3–5 working days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control.

4. Order Processing

• Orders are processed and fulfilled in-house
• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day

5. Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched:

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email
• Tracking details will be provided where available

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (EU Orders)

For EU orders:

• Prices are shown at checkout
• Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country
• Any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer

7. Delays & Issues

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

• Courier delays
• Customs processing
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

8. Undeliverable or Returned Parcels

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete address details, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, the order may be returned to us.
