Returns & Refunds Policy
Last updated: 15/01/2026
We want you to feel confident shopping with Kuuki. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.
This policy applies to all purchases made through the Kuuki website.
1. Your Right to Return
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to return most items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- The item must be in its original condition
- All returns are inspected on arrival
Returns requested after 14 days from delivery may not be accepted.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
We do not accept returns for:
- Items that are damaged, worn, or washed
- Items returned in an unsaleable condition
- Sale or discounted items
These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty.
3. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us at:
info@kuukiofficial.com
Include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
We’ll confirm next steps once your request is approved.
4. Return Address
All approved returns must be sent to the following address:
Kuuki Returns
415 Helmshore Road
Haslingden
BB4 4JA
United Kingdom
Please ensure your order number is included inside the parcel.
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at info@kuukiofficial.com as soon as possible.
In these cases:
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund
- Return shipping costs will be covered by Kuuki
This does not affect your statutory rights.
